AI Use & Transparency
Where AI is used in Demiurge Systems services, its limits, and the human oversight around it.
You are viewing the static copy of this page (scripts have not loaded). All content below is complete and current.
Demiurge Systems Ltd builds and operates AI “operator” systems for customers. This page explains plainly where AI is and is not used, which providers supply the models, and the oversight and limitations that apply.
AI on this website
This website itself does not use an AI chatbot, AI-driven profiling, or automated decision-making about visitors. Enquiries you submit are read and answered by people.
We do not use the content of your enquiries to train AI models, ours or anyone else’s.
AI in delivered services
The operator systems we deploy for customers use large language models and related AI services from third-party providers (listed on the Subprocessors page, e.g. Anthropic where provisioned) to hold conversations, draft content, and carry out configured workflows such as booking meetings or answering calls.
The specific AI capabilities in your deployment are those agreed in your order or statement of work.
Human oversight
Operator systems are configured with human oversight: a named person on the customer side retains control over what the system may do, and autonomous actions can be reviewed, corrected, or stopped. We design escalation paths so a human can take over an interaction.
Disclosure of AI interactions
Where we control the surface, AI-driven interactions are not passed off as human. Customers deploying operator systems toward their own contacts are responsible for meeting the disclosure and consent obligations that apply in their jurisdiction and channel (for example, call-recording and automated-calling rules); we advise on configuration but do not provide legal advice.
Limitations of AI outputs
AI outputs can be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. They require human review before being relied on. The Terms of Service (“AI-generated outputs & limitations”) set out the contractual position.
Data sent to AI providers
Only the data needed to perform a configured task is sent to a model provider, under that provider’s data-processing terms. See the Privacy Policy and Subprocessors pages for the providers involved and transfer safeguards.
